This Privacy Policy explains what information Khangarot Flow collects, how it is used, how Google Sign-In data is handled, and the choices available to users.

When you use Khangarot Flow, we may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, business or workspace information, and information you enter while using Khangarot Flow features. Depending on the features you use, this may include customers or parties, transactions, vehicles, drivers, trips, documents, expenses, ledger records, stock information, reports, and other information entered into your workspace.
Khangarot Flow offers Google Sign-In for authentication. When you choose Google Sign-In, we may receive basic account information made available through Google authentication, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, and profile picture where available. We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your Khangarot Flow account, maintain your login session, and provide access to the appropriate workspace and features. Khangarot Flow does not sell Google user data or use Google Sign-In data for advertising. The current Google Sign-In integration is used for authentication and basic account identification and does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar content, or other Google Workspace content.
We use information to authenticate users and manage accounts; provide Khangarot Flow features and services; maintain workspaces, roles, branches and permissions; process and display business records entered by users; generate reports, statements, ledgers and operational information; maintain security and prevent unauthorized access; diagnose technical issues and improve product reliability; provide customer support; communicate important service or account information; and comply with applicable legal requirements.
Khangarot Flow does not sell users' personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate Khangarot Flow, such as authentication, database, hosting, infrastructure, security and related technical service providers. Khangarot Flow uses Supabase for services including authentication and application infrastructure. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request.
Business information entered into Khangarot Flow remains associated with the relevant user or workspace. Access to workspace information may depend on the user's assigned role, workspace membership, branch and permissions. Users should only upload or enter information that they are authorized to use within Khangarot Flow.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Khangarot Flow uses authenticated access controls and application and database security mechanisms to help separate and protect workspace data. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and devices.
We retain account and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Khangarot Flow, maintain the user's account or workspace, meet legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account or personal information by contacting Khangarot TechWorks. When a valid deletion request is completed, information will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, financial, backup or compliance requirements.
Khangarot Flow may rely on third-party infrastructure and services for functions such as authentication, cloud hosting, database operations, communications, analytics or related technical functionality. Use of these third-party services may also be subject to the privacy terms of those providers.
Khangarot Flow is intended for business and authorized user use and is not designed for children to independently provide personal information.
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Khangarot Flow, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also stop using Google Sign-In or revoke access through your Google Account permissions where applicable.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our product, legal requirements or data practices change. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed on this page.
